Properties

Over the past 35 years, CADC has inspired, facilitated and delivered a number of important development projects that fulfill the organizations mandate.

These property development projects have impacted and improved the downtown and waterfront areas of Charlottetown. The CADC has also retained a number of core property assets to enable it to continue to be self-sufficient financially, while also providing an equity base to consider future development projects.
